They plan to finish the construction by this November

VLADIVOSTOK, April 9, vladivostoktimes.com Purification facilities in Vladivostok are being built faster than it was planned, as the Primorsky Territory Administration press service Reported to RIA PrimaMedia. Today the construction is 70% completed ant they started to install technological equipment including mixers. They plan to finish construction by this November.

Victor ISHAYEV who made an inspection visit to Primorye today examined the construction of the purification facilities of Central planning area of Vladivostok.  The Primorsky Territory Governor Sergey DARKIN accompanied him during the inspection.

The reconstruction of Vladivostok sewage system and construction of purification facilities of Central, Southern, and Eastern planning area as well as reconstruction of Northern area is planned in the frameworks of preparation for APEC Summit 2012.

“Construction of the purification facilities is one of the most important infrastructure projects in the frameworks of preparation for APEC Summit 2012. It will allow to prevent sewage disposal into the sea and the ecological situation is going to become better” noted Sergey DARKIN. Implementation of this project will promote strengthening the image of Vladivostok as a modern and comfortable city of XXI century.

During his trip the RF President Plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District will visit construction sites of Far Eastern Federal University, and the bridge over the Eastern Bosphorus.  Then Victor ISHAYEV will have a meeting with the representatives of Primorsky Territory Administration, federal authorities, and construction companies.
