7.5 Billion Rubles to Be Allotted into Hotel Development in Vladivostok

The hotels on Korabelnaya Naberezhnaya and the Burniy Cape are to take the first guests in 2011

VLADIVOSTOK, March 23, vladivostoktimes.com 7.5 billion Rubles will be allotted in the hotel development in Vladivostok and the new hotels on Korabelnaya Naberezhnaya and the Burniy Cape are to take the first guests in 2011. As the correspondent of RIA PrimaMedia reports, Vladimir BALAN, the vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory, told about it at the March session of the Primorsky Territory Legislative Assembly.

“In the framework of subprogram “Development of Vladivostok as the Center of International Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region” in 2008-2012 the three-, four- and five-star hotels are going to be built in the continent part of Vladivostok. The total of 7.5 billion Rubles will be allocated in the hotel development including the designing and survey work, the hotels are to be put into operation in 2011,” Vladimir BALAN says.

The vice-Governor also pointed out that the design documentation is being prepared by “RMJM Scotland Limited,” the architect company from Edinburgh.   

“The project appraisal date is April, 2010. The project is financed at the expense of JSC “Our Home is Primorye,” the Primorsky Territory holds 100% of the company shares,” Vladimir BALAN adds.
