Practically All Building Materials for APEC Summit Objects Made in Russia

The projects have been designed by engineers of the Russian design institutes

VLADIVOSTOK, November 8, vladivostoktimes.com About 95% of all building materials for the APEC Summit projects in Vladivostok are made in Russia. Sergey DARKIN, the Governor of the Primorsky Territory, reported about this at the press conference in Moscow; RIA PrimaMedia was informed in the press service of the Primorsky Territory Administration.

The Governor noted that nowadays the Government is allotting great resources in the development of Primorye and Vladivostok infrastructure. “We are building the up to date motor ways, new airport and two of the world’s largest bridges. The sewage disposal plants are also being built: till 2012 we intend to stop dumping the raw sewage into the Gulf of the Peter the Great,” Sergey DARKIN says.

The Governor also notes that projects have been designed by engineers of the Russian design institutes.

“There is much done to make Vladivostok the city of the XXI century,” Sergey DARKIN says. He also pointed out that the negotiations on building of two five-star hotels have been conducted and some international management companies are interested in these projects.
