Far-Eastern Plenipotentiary summed up the results of his work trip to Primorye

VLADIVOSTOK, June 26, vladivostoktimes.com The Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President in the Far-Eastern Federal district expressed sure that all necessary objects of the APEC Summit-2012 in Vladivostok would be put into exploitation. Victor ISHAYEV reported it on results of his visit to objects of the APEC Summit at the meeting held in the House of negotiations. As the press-service of the Primorsky Territory Administration reported to RIA PrimaMedia, the Plenipotentiary noted once more that nowadays the regional and federal authorities should not only hold the APEC Summit, but also develop the region.

The infrastructure being created in the framework of preparation to the Summit will cause comprehensive development of the territory. Speaking about modernization of the airport "Vladivostok," Victor ISHAYEV noted necessity of coordination of work. Construction at the territory of the airport is being held, however tenders on some sites haven’t been carried out. According to Victor ISHAYEV, it is necessary to solve these problems together, and it means that creation of the united body on modernization of the airport is reasonable. Consultations on this item will be held in the nearest time in the RF Ministry of Transport. Victor ISHAYEV noted good rates of construction of bridges and roads and expressed sure that all objects would be put into exploitation in time. Funding of the federal purpose program "Development of the Far East and Zabaikalye," in the framework of which means are being allotted for preparation to the Summit, will be implemented in full measure, the Plenipotentiary Representative reports.

Also Victor ISHAYEV shared his impressions of his trip to Russkiy Island. He said that the great volume of works should be done there. Already now, when the objects are being designed, it is necessary to begin preparation of building sites, solve problems of power supply. Almost 10 thousand experts will be engaged in construction on Russkiy island, that is why it is necessary to create worthy conditions for them.
