The concerned persons discussed the issues of energy supply and erecting of the APEC Summit objects

VLADIVOSTOK, May 19, vladivostoktimes.com The Engineering Council meeting was held in the end of the last week in the Federal State Agency “RosStroy Far Eastern Directorate.” The representatives of the Federal State Agency “Vladivostok,” the Primorsky Territory Administration Department of Road Construction, the Vladivostok City Administration, RJSC      “United Power Systems (UPS) of Russian East,” JSC “Far Eastern Energy Management Company,” and the Federal State Agency “Airport Directorate” assisted the meeting and approved the project specifications of the power engineering objects; RIA PrimaMedia was informed by Alexander OGNEVSKIY, the press secretary of the Federal State Agency “RosStroy Far Eastern Directorate.” Total of 24 power engineering objects are to be built and modernized within Vladivostok till 2012; they will provide energy for the APEC Summit objects. The Island Russkiy power system’s modernization was given special consideration at the meeting. The agenda of the Engineering Council meeting also included the issue of the highway “Noviy Settlement – D’Friez Peninsula – Sedanka – Patroclus Bay,” the project documentation of this object was considered. As the construction of this highway needs rather large amount of financial expenditure, the Engineering Council is searching the opportunity to optimize the expenses with the help of proper engineering solutions. The members of the Engineering Council made a decision to take into account the proposals that were made by the experts of the Primorsky Territory Administration Department of Road Construction. Besides, the project specification of the new highway 2 kilometers long that is to link the building of new airport (it will be built) and the airport motorway.
