The act is to shorten the preparation period for the APEC Summit objects erection in Vladivostok
VLADIVOSTOK, May 10, vladivostoktimes.com The Law on APEC is to simplify the bureaucratic procedure and so shorten the preparation period for building of the APEC Summit objects that Vladivostok is to host in 2012. Such comments on the Law that was signed on May 7 by the RF President were given to RIA PrimaMedia by Alexander DYATCHIN, the General Director of the Federal State-Operated Agency (FSA) “Rosstroy Far Eastern Direction.”
According to the FSA Rosstroy Far Eastern Direction press service, the Law on APEC is of great importance for all building companies involved in the APEC Summit objects erection. It simplifies the access of farmland procedure and the forest work licensing both.
“Now we have all legal grounds to start building work in the Ajax Bay,” Mr. DYATCHIN notes. “I’d like to emphasize that we are going to care the environment while building the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU),” he says.
Answering the questions of the PrimaMedia correspondent Alexander DYATCHIN explains that the Law on APEC has direct action and that is why the FEFU first foundation stone can be laid as soon as the rest building permits are received. No doubt the building work in the Ajax Bay can start earlier.
